Refund & Shipping Policy

Returns:
We offer easy returns on all items. We'll email you a shipping label so that you can easily print it off and send back for a refund minus the shipping costs. If the item arrives broken or defective we'll cover shipping if you can provide photos of the item. Once we've recovered the product and the product is in working condition we'll immediately issue your refund that same day.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your item, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the product arrives broken or faulty, please email photos or videos of the product to support@niftydrifter.com for good record keeping.

Refunds:
Once your return is in the mail, we'll receive a notification from USPS which will guarantee that we'll receive the product back. After we've retrieved the package and inspected that it's the same product we sent you undamaged we'll issue a full refund that same day. Once the refund is issued, a credit will be  applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 to 5 business days depending on the speed of the bank that issued your card.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@niftydrifter.com.

Exchanges:
We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send an email to support@niftydrifter.com and we'll email you a free shipping label at our cost to send it back within 24 hours of receiving your request. As soon as you put the package in the mail, USPS will notify us that the product is on it's way back so we can then send you another unit.

Shipping:
Shipping times depend on the product and location of our suppliers and manufacturers. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, assume it will take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days to arrive. However, if you choose our $5 priority processing option at checkout we'll move your order to the top of the queue so that it will be processed faster than normal.  This only speeds up the processing time, not the actual shipping time once it's in the hands of the courier.

Where do your products come from?

We have US and Non-US warehouses all over the world handling our shipments. Our products are sourced globally to ensure we offer great variety of products to our customers worldwide.

How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based in English, all your information must be input in English, including punctuation's. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English characters, you are advised to use the similar English characters instead. 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

As long as you contact us before the product has been shipped we can make any changes you want. Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised or re-routed after the order has been picked up by the courier.

Processing Time & Tracking:

Processing time for all other products is 1 – 5 business days depending on the product and location of the supplier for that product. Also, we do offer a $5 priority shipping option at checkout which essentially makes sure your order is put at the top of the queue to speed up the processing time for you. **note: Our $5 Priority processing option only speeds up the processing time and does not effect the actual delivery time after shipment. 

We’ll send you another email with tracking info when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. So please be patient and keep an eye on your inbox. 

What are the shipping times (once the order is processed)?

For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. This means you might not receive all your products in 1 package.

USA: 10 – 15 business days

Canada: 12 – 20 business days

UK: 12 – 20 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 12 – 30 business days

Western Europe: 10 – 30 business days

Rest of the World: 20 – 40 business days
