Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on every item in our store. However, we do offer a $5 priority processing option at checkout which if selected, will move your order to the processing queue to speed up the time it takes to receive your order.
Keep in mind, the $5 priority shipping option only speeds up the processing time and in no way effects the actual shipping time once picked up by the courier.
Tracking numbers are generated between 2-5 business days after they have been processed. Keep in mind that the tracking number will not show any activity or location information until the courier has actually picked up the package and scanned it into their system.
This depends on the product as we have suppliers and warehouses inside and outside of the US. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, assume the processing & shipping times below.

We have US and Non-US warehouses all over the world handling our shipments. Our products are sourced globally to ensure we offer great variety to our customers at the best price. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return.
Our customer service team will review the return request and email you a shipping label within 24 hours so you can easily print and return the item with tracking. Upon retrieving the package we'll need to first inspect the product to ensure we've received the same product in working condition.
If everything checks out, we'll issue a refund that same day minus the cost of the USPS shipping label. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the item and the speed at which you would like for us to receive it. We'll offer you options and the costs so that you can choose which method you'd prefer.
We will provide you a shipping label within 24 hours of your request. You'll have the option of choosing which shipping method you'd prefer to receive a shipping label for.
Keep in mind that the faster the shipping time, the more the shipping will cost at your expense. However, we will provide you options and the USPS costs so that you can decide what you prefer.
Processing returns via USPS typically take 2 to 4 days to arrive at our location depending on where you are shipping from. You'll have a tracking number before you even drop the item in the mail so you'll always be informed of it's current location and get confirmation when it's been delivered to us.
Your refund will be applied the same day we receive the item from you. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment as soon as soon as we've received the item back in acceptable condition.
If you paid by credit or debit card, it can take 2 to 5 business days to reflect on your statement depending on the speed of the bank that issued you your credit or debit card.

Often, when you order multiple items, different distribution channels are being utilized. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. We try and get the product to you as soon as possible as we know you are eager to receive your items. We ship items out in the order they are ready. We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You will receive the tracking and order number as soon as a tracking number has been generated. You may paste that tracking number into our tracking box under our "Track Package," menu on our home page.
Please contact us immediately if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

The quicker the better because once the product has been processed and shipped we cannot make any changes and therefore you'll need to return the item once received. Any cancellation made after an order has been shipped, will not be refunded until you have shipped the order back. If we refund you before the product has been returned, we risk losing out on the cost of the product.
All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
